Readymade Furniture Delivery

  • Delivery time for readymade furniture is usually 7-10 working days from time of order for most items but can be 4-6 weeks for some sofa collections – please call our showroom for more information 01483 271 236.
  • Items with “Free Delivery”, shipping class, are usually delivered within 7-10 working days on receipt of order.
  • Items with a “Free Delivery” shipping class; have free delivery on all orders (no minimum order value), except in Scotland where there is a £25 surcharge and Northern Ireland & Isle of Wight where there is a £50 surcharge.
  • Items not benefiting from “Free Delivery” and are under £500 will involve a delivery charge of £50 (£25 if located within 25 miles from our showroom), except in Scotland where there will be a £75 charge and Northern Ireland & Isle of Wight, where the charge will be £100.
  • Items with a “Standard Delivery” shipping class; offer free delivery on orders over £500, except in Scotland where there is a £25 surcharge and Isle of Wight where there is a £50 surcharge.
  • Please note that we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Orkney, Shetland Isles, Western Isles.
  • All packaging is removed if necessary, and delivery crews wear overshoes and white gloves if appropriate.
  • Non storage beds and wardrobes require assembly which our delivery team will take care of if the delivery is within 25 miles from our showroom, all furniture will be taken to a room of choice, unpacked and all packaging taken away.
  • There will be an additional cost of £50 if you purchase a storage bed frame and would like it assembled by our delivery team, this only applies if the delivery is within 25 miles from our showroom.
  • Delivery further than 25 miles from our showroom will require the customer to assemble any beds and wardrobes.
  • The lead time on Terence Conran Sofas is 16 weeks time.

Home Assembly Furniture Delivery

Our home assembly ranges will display that assembly will be required in the product description.

  • Items with a “Home Assembly” shipping class, are usually delivered within 3-5 working days on receipt of order.
  • Items with “Free Delivery”, shipping class, are usually delivered within 7-10 working days on receipt of order.
  • Free Delivery on all orders except Isle of Wight, where there will be a surcharge of £20.
  • There is a surcharge in London due to congestion charges which is £10 per order on postcodes E, EC, N, NW, SE, SW, W & WC.
  • Delivery to Northern Ireland has been suspended on “Home Assembly” items due to BREXIT related surcharges – this will constantly be reviewed. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

Free Next Day Mattress Delivery

  • Items with a “Free Next Day Delivery” shipping class, are delivered next day if ordered before 12pm.
  • There is a £10 surcharge for delivery to Scotland.
  • No delivery to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and Isle of Wight.
